One of My New Fitness Goals
Today I saw the following video of a guy called Milko Georgiev performing an exercise called the Dragon Flag:
It looks impressive, and it's quite difficult to pull off for the first time if you've never done it before.
I tried to do a rep or two today at the gym, but I only was able to make a few reps that sadly didn't look like the ones presented in the video; I didn't manage to get a straight line from the shoulders to the lower body.
Nonetheless, thanks to my failure I now have a new fitness goal, namely to perform a clean Dragon Flag rep; it looks like I have to focus my training more on my abs in the future.
It's definitely a difficult goal to achieve, and it will clearly take some time to arrive there, but I'm happy to have a new goal on my list of things I want to accomplish physically.
